A magnificent and incredibly spacious beamed room furnished with craftsman-made local furniture, antiques, comfortable sofas and armchairs. CD player, Satellite TV ( BBC channels). The perfect place to celebrate a very special occasion!
Second sitting room / playroom
Our children's favourite room! A comfortable sitting room with TV, DVD/Video player, toys, books and huge collection of English family films. Good quality double sofabed.
Kitchen/breakfast room
Delightful room with breakfast area and kitchen fitted in oak and granite with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Adjacent to:-
Second kitchen
Huge restaurant quality stainless steel range cooker, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
We also have a restaurant-size Bezzera Italian coffee machine (see photos page). This has been adapted to take sachets which you can purchase in Antequera (we provide a starter box for you). We do ask that guests who wish to use the machine spend 5 minutes learning how to use it on arrival!
Double bedroom
Ideal for guests who do not wish to use the stairs. Very large room with large windows overlooking the gardens. Comfortable sofa for relaxing. Wardrobe and chest for storage.

Lovely white and blue tiles, sink with white marble surround, toilet and bidet, bath and shower over.
Villa Upstairs:
Master bedroom
Very large double bedded room with views over countryside and the swimming pool. It has an ensuite dressing room and luxurious ensuite bathroom with beautiful cream tiles and double sinks with cream marble surrounds, toilet and bidet, bath and separate shower.
Double bedroom
Lovely spacious room with fitted wardrobes and views towards the Laguna de Fuente de Piedra in the distance.
Twin bedroom
Charming room with fitted wardrobes. With twin beds and good quality double sofabed.
Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Views over countryside.
Single bedroom
Single bed. Ideal for children or teenagers.
Family bathroom
Beautifully fitted with handpainted blue and white tiles, sink with white marble surround, toilet and bidet, bath and separate shower.
Villa Garden and Pool Area:
Poolside bar contains a 2-ring hob, sink and refrigerator. Shaded dining area with granite-topped table for al fresco lunches. There is also a barbecue.
The dimensions of the swimming pool are 8 m x 5 m and from 1 metre to 2 metres deep . The pool is fenced and gated for the safety of young children. The pool surround and sun terraces are paved with non-slip tiles. Pool heating is included in the villa rental. We maintain the temperature at a level that is comfortable for swimming but still refreshing enough in the Andalucian summer heat!

We have two wooden cots, one travel cot and two high chairs (please request in advance). There are also stairgates for the protection of young children. Casa La Sierrecilla is one of the most baby-friendly and child friendly villas around! See our child-friendly page for more details.
Smokers are requested not to smoke inside the house, but rather to smoke on the ample terraces outside.
