Weekly Villa Rental Rates for 2012

Bookings for 2013 are currently being taken at this year's prices. Please enquire for 2013 prices and availability.

Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. A deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A £300 breakages deposit is payable with the final balance payment and is refunded within 3 weeks of departure (less any charges for breakages or excess cleaning expenses).

All prices include heating oil and electricity. Pool heating is included in the villa rental. The price also includes a welcome pack of basic necessities such as wine, tea, coffee, bread, butter, sugar etc.

The villa sleeps a maximum of 15 guests (plus two babies!). Please see our accommodation page for a detailed description. Cots and high chairs are available and must be requested in advance. There are stairgates for the protection of young children.

The villa is available from 5 p.m on arrival day and guests are requested to vacate by 10 a.m on the day of departure so that the cleaning staff can begin work.
