	22nd May - 2nd July: 3rd July - 23rd July: 24th July - 3rd September: 4th September - 1st October:			£1,400 £1,600 £1,800 £1,600

Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.

A deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A £300 breakages deposit is payable with the final balance payment, and is refunded within three weeks of departure less any deductions for breakages or unreasonable cleaning costs..

The house is available from 5 p.m on arrival day and guests are requested to vacate by 10 a.m on the day of departure so that the cleaning staff can begin work.

All prices include heating oil and electricity. The price also includes a welcome pack of basic necessities such as wine, tea, coffee, bread, butter, sugar etc.

The villa sleeps a maximum of 11 guests with ease (plus two babies!). Cots and high chairs are available and must be requested in advance. There are stairgates for the protection of young children.
